Key Commission decisions dated 18 Jul 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities:

– draft NSSMC Resolutions “On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission” and “On Approval of the Instructions on the Organization of Access Control at the National Securities and Stock Market Commission” were approved;
– draft NSSMC Resolutions “On Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing and Registering Shares while Setting up Joint Stock Companies through the Transformation of State-Owned and Municipal Enterprises” was approved;
– amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 198 dated 24 March 2022;
– technical parameters/conditions for submitting financial statements in XBRL format to the financial reporting collection, its validation, and disclosure center were approved.

The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:
– registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF PROCAPITAL INVEST JSC;
– changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the share issue, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the share issue of ZNVKIF SKAYFOL JSC were registered.

Within the scope of supervision:
– the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets KUA VALPRIM LCC was approved;
– KUA LVIV CAPITAL LLC was confirmed to meet the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27 January 2023;
– approved the appointment to office of the acting director of FK OLIMPIA LCC.
