Demand for NSSMC administrative services is growing: results of H1 2025

During H1 2025, the Commission’s employees processed 3,098 packages of documents, most of which were requests for administrative services. Thanks to paid services, more than UAH 19.2 million was received by the budget.

In total, the NSSMC provided 1,100 administrative services:
● 256 services were free of charge;
● 844 were paid services.

The figures for 2025 significantly exceed those of previous years: in 2024, this amount was UAH 18.5 million (for 826 services), in 2023 – UAH 14.6 million (707 services), and in 2022 – UAH 7 million (545 services).

These data indicate steady growth in demand for administrative services provided by the NSSMC and a significant contribution to budget revenues.

The Commission maintains constant communication with representatives of the public and business through the work of the “Single Window.” The main tasks of this unit are to receive, register, and inform applicants about the results of the consideration of documents related to administrative services.
