Submission of financial statements: Commission reminds of a discussion on upcoming changes

The Commission is optimizing financial reporting requirements. To ensure the smoothest possible transition and avoid potential technical difficulties, we invite market participants to discuss the draft decision on the procedure for submitting financial reports.

The document establishes a single mandatory format: financial statements prepared in accordance with international standards will be submitted exclusively in XBRL format through the Financial Reporting Collection Center (FRCC). Accordingly, the requirement to submit reports in XML format is abolished.
