Key Commission decisions dated 26 Aug 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities:

– approved the Commission’s reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Improving the Efficiency of Management of State and Municipal Property for the Purpose of Ukraine’s Recovery and Economic Growth” (reg. No. 13620);
– made amendments to certain NSSMC Resolutions.

The following decisions were made regarding registration issues:

– registered a report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series K of NovaPay Credit LLC, which are issued through a public offering;
– registered the issue and approval of the prospectus for registered corporate bonds of Series L of NovaPay Credit LLC;
– approved the draft Articles of Association and registration of share issues for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF PRIME JSC, ZNVKIF PRAGMATIC CAPITAL JSC, and ZNVKIF STALKER JSC;
– registered amendments to the prospectus, regulations, registration of share issues, and replacement of the certificate of registration of share issues of the corporate investment fund ZNVKIF VELAR INVEST JSC.
