NSSMC employees took part in an advanced workshop on the application of the Law of Ukraine on the Administrative Procedure

On 10 September, a workshop on the Law of Ukraine “On the Administrative Procedure” was held for the Commission employees. Its purpose was to help participants understand the key provisions of the Law and demonstrate its benefits through practical case studies.

The workshop was led by Viktor Tymoshchuk, an expert with the EU project “Continuing Support for Comprehensive Public Administration Reform (EU4PAR2)”.

Particular attention was given to the new provisions of the Law, procedural standards and principles governing interaction between public authorities, citizens, and businesses. Participants actively discussed practical aspects of the work, taking into account the specific nature of the Commission’s activities as a collegial body and its role as a Regulator.

Such workshops contribute to increasing the transparency and efficiency of administrative procedures and are an integral part of improving the qualifications of NSSMC employees.
