Key NSSMC decisions dated 16 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Commission for the Appointment of a Manager of Complex Assets”;
– approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Changes to the Composition of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Coordination of Negotiations with the International Monetary Fund”;
– made amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1305 dated 30 December 2021;
– approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 09/21/2426/K03 dated 13 June 2025”;
– approved the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Digitalization and Improvement of the Enforcement of Court Decisions.”

Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF GRIF CAPITAL JSC and ZNVKIF GIGABYTE INVESTMENT JSC;
– registered changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of KIF ZNVKIF AKULA PJSC;
– registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF KAIROKS JSC, ZNVKIF ARLIT JSC, ZNVKIF SOMERSET JSC and ZNVKIF FUJI JSC;
– registered the prospectus for the issue and release of investment certificates of ZPVNIF Solar Invest of KUA TASK-INVEST LLC;
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF RESONANCE LINE JSC and ZNVKIF ASKANTA JSC;
– replaced the certificates of registration of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series Q, R, S, T of SHATOINVEST LLC because of the cancellation of some of the repurchased bonds.
