Key NSSMC decisions dated 23 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 376 dated 23 April 2001”;
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine” regarding reporting on sustainable development” (reg. No. 13598-1 dated 21 August 2025);
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Restoration of Ukraine’s State Sovereignty” (reg. No. 13697 dated 25 August 2025);
– approved the Roadmap and Analysis “Implementation of EU legislation in the field of capital markets in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the EU” under Chapter 9 “Financial Services”;
– approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 987 of 27 August 2024”;
– made amendments to the NSSMC Resolutions No. 405 and No. 406 dated 05 April 2024.

Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
– registered a report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series C of MONEYVEO SHVYDKA FINANSHOVA DOPOMOGA LLC;
– canceled the registration of the issue of domestic local bonds of the Kyiv City Council (Series N);
– registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF VAM INVEST GROUP JSC, ZNVKIF ABRIS FINANCE JSC, and ZNVKIF SARGAS JSC;
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares to form the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF INVENTIV JSC, ZNVKIF SARASVATTI JSC, ZNVKIF RANGAN JSC and ZNVKIF “ALIATEA JSC.

Regarding the appointment of the officials at the following professional market participants, the Commission approved:
– the Director and the Person responsible for financial monitoring at NOVAVEST LLC;
– the Chief Accountant at INVINTUM LLC;
– the Person responsible for financial monitoring at Ukrainian Clearing House LLC;
– the Director of C CAPITAL PrJSC;
– the Acting Director of KUA PRESTIGE CAPITAL LLC;
– the Person with the right of first signature at KUA UNIVER MANAGEMENT LLC.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– approved a Resolution stating that there were no grounds for adopting the NSSMC Resolution on approval of the appointment of the person nominated for the position of the Director of KUA DOBROBUD-INVEST LLC;
– approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant in the capital markets KUA GIZ CAPITAL LLC.
