Key NSSMC decisions dated 30 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– decided on the approval and enforcement of the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
– decided on the approval of the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing and Circulating Real Estate Fund Certificates”;
– decided on amending the appendix to the NSSMC Resolution dated 24 March 2022 No. 198;
– decided on the approval of the Commission reference note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Simplification of Enforcement Proceedings through Digitalization” (reg. No. 14005 dated 04 September 2025).

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission made decisions on the:
– approval of the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF STANUM INVEST JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
– approval of the intention to acquire a significant stake and the intention to increase a significant stake in the professional participant in the capital markets KUA STRONG CAPITAL LLC;
– approval of the person appointed to the position of the compliance manager of KUA DNIPROVSKY INVESTOR LLC.
