Key NSSMC decisions dated 14 Oct 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– made amendments to the Procedure for returning assets belonging to the clients/depositors of a capital market operator subject to sanctions in the form of asset freezing;
– approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for the Development, Approval, and Amendment of an Indicative Asset Management Plan”;
– approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 595 dated 08 July 2020, and No. 822 dated 28 July 2021”;
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Out-Sovietization (De-Sovietization) of the Name of the Base Coin of Ukraine” (registration No. 14093 dated 01 October 2025).

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– made the investors aware of dubious investment projects LTVcapital/Zubkovskyi Evhen and Pylyp Oliinyk.
