Over 700 participants joined a webinar on changes in submitting financial statements in XBRL format

Just recently, the Commission has held a series of webinars on financial reporting under new requirements. Over 700 market participants joined the webinars, which shows how extremely relevant this topic is.

Consultations focused on key changes in financial reporting, providing participants with comprehensive information on the procedure for submitting reports to the collection center, including a demonstration of how to use the frs.gov.ua website to register reporting entities and authorized persons, search for methodological materials, and find free software for creating electronic reporting files. The way how an electronic user account of the Financial Reporting System works was also presented. Commission experts shared practical advice with market participants and explained in detail all the main nuances of switching to the new format.

In addition, questions collected during pre-registration were taken into account to provide the most effective advice to those wishing to better understand the updated requirements.

Please be reminded that the NSSMC recently adopted a Resolution that abolishes reporting in XML format and introduces a single mandatory XBRL format starting from 01 November 2025.
