Key NSSMC decisions dated 24 Oct 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– made amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025, and approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the Regulations on Disclosure of Information by Securities Issuers and Persons Providing Collateral for Such Securities”.

On registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
– approved Appendix No. 5 to the base prospectus of corporate bonds of Finansova Kompaniya Aktivitis LLC;
– registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A of GAMA UPGRADE LLC;
– registered the issue of registered corporate bonds Series D of KARD SERVICE LLC;
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF TOWER INVEST JSC;
– registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF VOKS JSC and ZNVKIF VMK-CAPITAL JSC;
– canceled the registration of the issue of shares and revoked a temporary certificate of registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF Inteko Capital JSC;
– terminated a license for professional activities on capital markets – asset management activities for financing construction projects and/or real estate transactions of LLC FK STOLYTSIA.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– made amendments to NSSMC Resolutions No. 1059 and No. 1060 dated 25 September 2023;
– prohibited to make changes to the depositary accounting system and to perform and/or execute transactions involving securities of Galanteria PJSC.

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission approved:
– the Director of FK SYSTEMINVEST LLC;
– the CEO and the person responsible for financial monitoring at FK ZLAT GRAD-INVEST LLC.
