Key NSSMC decisions dated 28 Oct 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine in Connection with the Update (Recodification) of the Provisions of Book One” (registration No. 14056 dated 21 September 2025);
– approved the Plan for the implementation of the NSSMC Action Plan on the Letter of Intent of the Government of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine dated 19 June 2025 and the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policy.

On registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
– registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A and B of Finansova Kompaniya AFALINA LLC;
– registered the issue of shares of AGROSVITVOLYN PJSC.
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF FORWARD INVEST JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
– registered the prospectus and the issue of investment certificates of ZNVKIF AGRO STAR of KOMPANIYA Z UPRAVLINNIA AKTYVAMY PATRIOT LLC.

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:
– approved the person responsible for financial monitoring at INVINTUM LLC;
– approved the Chair and a Member of the Supervisory Board of ADAMANT SECURITIES LLC;
– approved the Chair of the Board of Directors of Profi-T Tsinni Papery LLC;
– approved the person responsible for financial monitoring at KUA DM CAPITAL LLC.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– approved the intention of a person to acquire a significant stake in professional participant of capital markets KUA LOGOS-CAPITAL LLC.
