Key NSSMC decisions dated 02 Dec 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:

• made amendments to the Regulations on professional activities in capital markets – activities related to asset management for financing construction projects and/or real estate transactions;
• approved the Amendments to certain regulatory legal acts of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission regarding the regulation of the combination of professional activities in capital markets – depositary activities of depositary institutions by clearing institutions that perform central counterparty clearing activities;
• reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “Certain Issues of Forming and Maintaining a Database of Electronic Reporting by Business Entities in the Public Sector of the Economy.”

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:

• issued licenses for professional activities in capital markets – asset management activities of institutional investors (asset management activities) to KUA INVESTWISE LLC and KUA RENOVATSIYA LLC;
• registered the prospectus and issue of investment certificates of ZNVPIF SKY INVEST of KUA PATRIOT LLC and ZNVPIF VECTOR PLUS of KUA PATRIOT LLC;
• registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for these shares of ZNVKIF TALASSA JSC and ZNVKIF BRUSSELS JSC;
• approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF BOHUSLAV INVEST JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
• canceled the registration of the issue (issues) of investment certificates, the prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates, and canceled the certificates of registration of the issue of investment certificates of PIFN 1001, PIFN 2001, PIFN INZHUR SUPERMARKET, PIF Inzhur Ocean, and PIF Inzhur Zhytniy, created by INZHUR LLC;
• removed from the register of non-state pension funds NEPIDPRYIEMNYTSKE TOVARYSTVO NPF DNISTER.
