Key NSSMC decisions dated 09 Dec 2025

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
• terminated the license for professional activities in capital markets – asset management for institutional investors (asset management activities) and administration of non-state pension funds of KERUYUCHYI ADMINISTRATOR PENSIYNYKH FONDIV PARITET LLC;
• registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF EIRGENICS UA JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
• approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF AMSTER JSC, ZNVKIF BURGUNDI JSC, and ZNVKIF STELLA JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital
• The term for which the temporary manager of the licensee was appointed was extended.
• registered the issue of shares of ADM ILLICHIVSK PrJSC without a public offering.
