Key NSSMC Resolutions dated 09 January 2026

Within regulatory (rule-making) activities:

● The NSSMC approved an information note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine on Digital Accessibility of Digital Resources and Electronic Services (registration No. 14278-1 dated 22 December 2025);
● The NSSMC approved an information note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine to Ensure Compliance with European Union Law and the Relevant Criteria Established by the European Payments Council for the Purpose of Ukraine’s Accession to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) (registration No. 14326 dated 23 December 2025);
● Amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 2605 of 19 November 2013;
● Amendments to the NSSMC Regulatory Agenda for 2026 were approved;
● The draft NSSMC Resolution on Amending the NSSMC Resolution of 19 December 2025 No. 09/21/3402/K03 was approved;
● The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Approval of the Transformation of State Enterprises into Joint Stock Companies and Limited Liability Companies was reviewed;
● The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Designating the State Property Fund as the Authority Exercising Management Powers over the Relevant Legal Entities was reviewed;
● The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Disclosure of Information by the Public Joint Stock Company ‘Centrenergo’ was reviewed;
● The draft Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Application of the Common Reporting Standard and Due Diligence for Financial Account Information was approved;
● The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Submitting Proposals on the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Implementing Regulations of the Council of the European Union was approved;
● The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Management of Assets Seized in Criminal Proceedings in Exceptional Cases was approved;
● Amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution of 24 December 2025 No. 11/21/3497/K01.

Within supervisory activities:

● Amendments were made to the list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients/depositors of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, to which the sanction in the form of asset blocking has been applied.

Resolutions on registration and licensing matters:

● The licenses for conducting professional activities in the capital markets held by FINTIME LLC were terminated;
● The share issue of PJSC “Insurance Company ‘KD Life’” was registered;
● The share issues of JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Haven’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Prime’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Garuda’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Vector of Development’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Alizar’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Grande’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘KIP-Finance’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Dava’”, established for the purpose of joint investment, as well as the prospectuses of these share issues, were registered;
● The draft charters and registration of share issues of JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Ozas’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Inari’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Vavriichuk Capital’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Cerera’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Uniterra Investments’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Reinir’”, for the purpose of forming initial share capital, were approved;
● Amendments to the share issue prospectuses, regulations, registration of share issues of JSC “ZNVCIF ‘ID Investment’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Kailas Invest’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘Lakiinvest’”, and replacement of share issue registration certificates of corporate investment funds were registered;
● The license for conducting professional activities in the capital markets — asset management of institutional investors — held by AMC “Evris” LLC was terminated;
● The registration of the issue(s) of investment certificates, the prospectus(es) of investment certificates, and the certificate(s) of registration of investment certificate issues of PVCIF “Corporate Finance”, managed by AMC “Kovin Capital” LLC, were cancelled;
● The intention of a person to increase a qualifying holding in the professional capital markets participant Financial Company “Eco-Dim” LLC was approved;
● The intention of two persons to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional capital markets participant AMC “Altares Capital” LLC was approved;
● The intention of a person to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional capital markets participant AMC-APF Ukrmashinvest LLC was approved;
● The intention of a person to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional capital markets participant AMC “Odesbudinvest” LLC was approved;
● Approval was denied for the person appointed to the position of Director of Financial Company “Zhytlo-Capital” LLC.
