NSSMC administrative services: growth in demand and contribution to the state budget in 2025

In 2025, the NSSMC processed 7,024 sets of documents and provided 2,444 administrative services — 596 free of charge and 1,848 paid, which brought over UAH 38.2 million to the state budget.

For comparison: in 2024, there were 1,617 services worth UAH 37.6 million. The figures show that demand for the Commission’s services has been steadily growing, and its contribution to the state budget has been increasing year after year.

The Securities Issuance Registration Department leads among free services, providing 329 services. The most frequent requests were for cancellation of securities issuance registration, approval of corporate investment fund statutes, and approval of amendments to securities issuance decisions.

Among paid services, the Licensing and Regulation of Joint Investment Department plays a leading role, accounting for 1,384 services (over 74% of all paid services). The most popular services are: registration of changes to the regulations of a joint investment institution, registration of changes to a securities issuance prospectus, and registration of a securities issuance with the issuance of a certificate. These services accounted for almost 90% of all revenues to the state budget.

These figures are not just statistics. They show that the NSSMC actively supports the market, makes it transparent, and helps businesses operate quickly and transparently.
