The NSSMC adopted 78 Resolutions regarding capital market development and the improvement of regulation

On June 29, a regular meeting of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission took place.

During the meeting, Commissioners adopted 78 Resolutions aimed at the further development of the capital market, the improvement of the regulatory framework, the alignment of Ukrainian legislation with European Union law, and the regulation of the activities of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets.

A specific set of Resolutions concerned the registration of share and corporate bond issues, the activities of joint investment institutions, the approval of executives at professional market participants, and the approval of a list of test questions for assessing professional competence.
