Legislative amendments, corporate decisions, and the work of industry professionals: what was discussed at a Commission meeting

Today, 22 July, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission held its regular meeting. The agenda included seven items concerning legislative initiatives, corporate procedures, the activities of professional capital market participants, and organizational matters.

Key topics include finalizing the Commission’s opinion on a draft Law of Ukraine on the national greenhouse gas emissions trading system, as well as issues related to the management of state property.

A separate set of decisions concerned the operation of capital markets: the registration of share issues, the extension of the term of appointment of an interim licensee manager for the duration of martial law, the approval of officials — professional market participants, and the review of a company’s compliance with the criteria set by the government.
