The NSSMC together with the NDU will hold a webinar on wartime operations

The NSSMC together with the National Depository of Ukraine will hold a webinar “Features of operations in the depository system of Ukraine during wartime“.

The event will take place on April 27, 2022 at 11:00.

Speakers from the NSSMC are Irakli Baramiya and Maksym Libanov, Commissioners.

Participants of the webinar will have the opportunity to discuss current issues that have arisen since the beginning of martial law, in particular:
– transactions related to the placement of securities,
– repayment of securities issue,
– payment of income on securities,
– other types of operations permitted in wartime,
