NSSMC Digest: securities trading dynamics — December 2025

The NSSMC continues to inform market participants and the public about key developments in the capital market. The monthly digest for December 2025 contains key data and analytics on securities trading dynamics.

Key indicators:
▪ Organized market — UAH 94.5 billion.
UAH 6.3 billion more than in December 2024. In terms of the structure of trading in financial instruments, it is essentially a market for government bonds (OVDPs).

▪ OTC market — UAH 46.7 billion.
Compared to last December, there was a decrease of UAH 10.6 billion. At the same time, compared to November 2025, the amount increased by UAH 14.9 billion. The trading structure mainly consisted of government bonds (OVDPs) and soverign Eurobonds (OZDPs), investment certificates, and promissory notes.
▪ Commodity exchanges — UAH 26.6 billion.
This is UAH 16.3 billion less than in December 2024. The majority of transactions on commodity exchanges were related to electricity trading.
