NSSMC Digest: securities trading dynamics — May 2025

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission continues to systematically inform market participants and the general public about key changes in the capital market. The monthly analytical digest for May 2025 contains key figures, trends, and analytics on securities trading dynamics.

Key indicators:

Organized market — UAH 78.2 billion
This is UAH 3.3 billion more than in May 2024. As before, transactions with internal governmental bonds (OVDPs) accounted for the largest share.

Unorganized market — UAH 55.8 billion
An increase of UAH 26.8 billion compared to the same period last year. The focus is on internal governmental bonds (OVDPs), corporate bonds, shares of investment companies, and investment certificates.

Commodity exchanges — UAH 28.1 billion
This is UAH 6.8 billion more than in May 2024.

The Commission will continue to ensure open access to statistical data and analytics so that every market participant can make decisions based on reliable information.
