The List of the Freedom Finance clients eligible for payments is finalized

The final List of clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC was approved, clearly identifying natural persons and legal entities, as well as investment funds, that are entitled to the return of the blocked funds.

The document contains up-to-date information on the status of the assets, taking into account the reconciliation of the balance sheets of all interested parties and corporate changes since its initial approval. The Commission will also be updating this information in the List to reflect any further corporate developments.

This document is the result of long-term and well-coordinated cooperation between the NSSMC and many stakeholders, as well as an integral part of the assets return process.

After state registration of the Procedure by the Ministry of Justice, the List will be used by professional market participants in the process of making payments.
