The main tasks of the “Single Window” service are to receive and register documents related to requests for administrative services from an applicant and to notify the applicant of the results of their application.
Information stands are located on the 1st and 4th floors of the Commission’s premises at 8 Kniaziv Ostrozkykh Street, Block 30, 01010, in order to inform visitors about the administrative services provided by the NSSMC.

Mon-Thu from 09:00 to 18:00,
Fri from 09:00 to 16:45,
Lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45
