How to use agricultural notes: an algorithm of actions for farmers and businesses

Agrarian note is a new instrument for financing the Ukrainian agricultural sector, which opens the door to transparent, efficient and affordable mechanisms for attracting resources. The note is issued in the form of a security, has a clear term of validity and fixed terms of performance.

The tool was developed with the participation of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU), the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a World Bank group) and with the support of the Swiss Confederation.

• Transparency for the investor: the note is issued in accordance with the current legislation and registered with the NDU.
