Key NSSMC Resolutions dated 14 January 2026

Within regulatory (rule-making) activities:

● The NSSMC approved an information note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine оn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Procedure for Special Vetting of Persons Applying for Positions Involving the Performance of Responsible or Especially Responsible Functions, as well as Positions with Increased Corruption Risk;
● The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1371 of 13 September 2002 and No. 1068” of 6 October 2021 was approved;
● The Resolution on Certain Issues of the Activities of Committees of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission was adopted;
● The Resolution regarding the status of implementation of the Regulatory Agenda of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for the fourth quarter of 2025 was approved;
●The Resolution regarding the organisation of control over the professional suitability of managers and certain employees of professional participants in the capital markets and organised commodity markets was approved.

Resolutions on registration and licensing matters:

● The report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds (without a public offering) and the cancellation of the registration of the bond issue of Series A of BAVARIA MOTORS LLC were registered;
● The report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A of GAMA UPGRADE LLC was registered;
● The acquisition of a qualifying holding by a person in the professional capital markets participant INWINTUM LLC was approved.

Approvals of appointments of officials of professional participants:

● The appointment of the person responsible for financial monitoring of AMC and APF “DALIZ-FINANCE” LLC was approved;
● The appointment of the person responsible for financial monitoring of AMC “OTP CAPITAL” LLC was approved.
