Key NSSMC decisions dated 19 Jan 2026

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:

● approved the draft order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Criteria for Risks of Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction”.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:

● updated a list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients/depositors of FRIDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which a sanction in the form of “asset blocking” is applied.

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:

● approved the draft charter and the registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF PAP-INVEST JSC and ZNVKIF DIMIDIUM JSC for the formation of initial authorized capital;
● registered the prospectus and the issuance of investment certificates of the closed-end non-diversified venture investment fund SK-INVEST of KUA PRESTIGE CAPITAL LLC;
● canceled the registration of the issue(s) of investment certificates and the prospectus(es) for the issue of investment certificates and revoked the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of ZNVPIF LOGISTIC CAPITAL of KUA ATLANTIS CAPITAL LLC;
● canceled the registration of the issue(s) of investment certificates and the prospectus(es) for the issue of investment certificates and revoked the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of the closed-end mutual investment fund UKRAINSKY FOND NERUKHOMOSTI of KUA ATLANTIS CAPITAL LLC;
● canceled the registration of the issue(s) of investment certificates and the prospectus(es) for the issue of investment certificates and revoked the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificatesof the closed-end non-diversified venture investment fund Skhid-Zakhid Invest of KUA Karpaty-Invest PrJSC;
● registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A, Series B, and Series C (without a public offering) of MIMIBON LLC;
● registered the issue of shares of MOTORSICH JSC without a public offering.
