Key NSSMC decisions dated 21 Jan 2026

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:

• approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Country to Ensure Compliance with European Union Legislation and the Relevant Criteria Established by the European Payments Council with a View to Ukraine’s Accession to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)”;
• adopted the Resolution “On the draft proposal of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding accession to the OECD Council Recommendation on Financial Literacy (OECD/LEGAL/0461)”;
• approved the draft Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Submitting Proposals on the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (sanctions)”.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:

• granted a separate permission to conduct an exhaustive list of transactions involving securities owned by NT VNPF Golden Age;
• granted a separate permission to conduct an exhaustive list of securities transactions owned by STOLYTSIA-INVEST-SERVICE LLC, DUAT LLC, and Dovkillia-IT LLC;
• imposed restrictions on securities of OVRUTSKA REALIZATSIYNA BAZA KHLIBOPRODUKTIV PJSC, RYBOLOVETSKE HOSPODARSTVO SELA TRYPILLIA PrJSC and TRUST KYIVMISKBUD-1 PrJSC.

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:

• approved Appendix No. 1 to the prospectus for Series M corporate bonds, Appendix No. 6 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 8 to the prospectus for Series D corporate bonds, Appendix No. 8 to the prospectus for Series E corporate bonds, Appendix No. 11 to the prospectus for Series J corporate bonds, and Appendix No. 13 to the prospectus for Series B corporate bonds of NovaPay Credit LLC;
• approved Appendix No. 2 to the prospectus for Series E1 corporate bonds and Appendix No. 2 to the prospectus for Series F1 corporate bonds of ULF-FINANCE LLC;
• registered a report on the results of the share issue of STRAKHOVA GRUPA TAS PrJSC;
• canceled the registration of the bond issue and revoked a certificate of registration of the bond issue of Series A of NOVOODESKY ELEVATOR LLC;
• registered changes to the share issue prospectus, the regulations, the registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF KLO-AGRO JSC and replaced a certificate of registration of the issue of shares of a corporate investment fund;
• registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF KELPI JSC, ZNVKIF SIKVENS JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the share issue prospectus of these shares;
• approved the intention to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional capital market participant FINANSOVA KOMPANIYA NOVYI LVIV;
• approved the intention to increase a qualifying holding in the professional capital market participant INVENTUM LLC.

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:

• approved a person responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager, a person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager and Internal Auditor of KUA BUSINESS-GARANT LLC.
