Key Commission decisions dated 01 Jul 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities:
– draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution “On Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 1318 dated 15 November 2024” was approved.

The appointment of an official of a professional participant was approved, namely:
– the Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Rozrakhunkovyi tsentr.

The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:
– terminated the license for professional activities in capital markets of LLC IK BUSINESS-INVEST;
– registered the issue of shares of PrJSC Strakhovi harantii Ukrainy;
– approved draft statutes and the registration of share issues for the formation of the initial authorized capital of JSC ZNVKIF BANU and ZNVKIF ZENIT INVEST;
– registered amendments to the prospectus, regulations, the registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF KINGSTON and the replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of a corporate investment fund (KIF).

Within the scope of supervision:
– approved a list of assets belonging to the clients/depositors of LLC FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE, to which sanctions in the form of “asset freezing” were applied.
