Key Commission decisions dated 06 May 2025

The following amendments have been registered:
– to the Decision on the public offering of Series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J bonds of PJSC PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY “DARNITSA”;
– to the Decision on the issue of Series A bonds of LLC TAS DNIPROVAGONMASH;
– to the Decision on the issue of Series A and B bonds of LLC CREDITSERVICE.

Reports on the results of share issues by JSC UKRAINSKIE RAZPODILNI MEREZHI and PrJSC STALKANAT have been registered.

A person responsible for financial monitoring at LLC KOMEX CENNIE PAPERY has been approved.

A number of licenses have been issued for professional activities on the capital markets, namely:
– LLC GONZO INVEST received a license for investment consulting activities;
– LLC FK EA INVEST received a license for depository activities of a depository institution and trading in financial instruments.
