Key Commission decisions dated 08 Aug 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities:

– amendments were made to the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector of Ukraine;
– the Commission’s reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Property Valuation” was approved;
– amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1283 dated 25 September 2012;
– approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the NSSMC on the Procedure for Submitting Financial Statements”;
– amendments were made to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025 and the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the Procedure for Issuing Shares, Registering and Cancelling the Registration of Share Issues” was approved;

– amendments were made to certain NSSMC Resolutions;
– draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution “On Submitting Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Sanctions Decisions of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury (OFAC)” was approved.

The appointment of the following professional participants was approved:

– the Internal Auditor of FIRMA MOTOR-DEALER LLC;
– the person responsible for financial monitoring at UNIVER CAPITAL;
– a Compliance Manager and a Risk Manager at PALLADIUM CAPITAL LLC;
– the Director of KUA PROFIT LLC.

Within the scope of supervision:

– approved the action plan on improving the financial condition of KUA TERCIN LLC;
– confirmed that KUA CLEVER ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.

The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:

– the issue of shares and the prospectus for these shares of ZNVKIF PRIMARIS JSC and ZNVKIF SVITOVIT JSC were registered;
– the draft Articles of Association and the registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF KING JSC were approved;
– the license of FK EKSOMBUD-INVEST LLC was terminated.
