Key NSSMC decisions dated 13 Aug 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities the Commission:
– approved the Procedure for the temporary appointment of the administrator of a non-state pension fund;
– approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 1053 dated August 4, 2022”;
– approved the draft NSSMC Resolution recognizing certain regulatory acts of the NSSMC and its legal predecessor as invalid;
– approved the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Bureau of the Economic Security of Ukraine” was agreed upon;
– made amendments to the list of assets belonging to clients/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which the sanction of “asset freezing” was applied;
– made amendments to NSSMC Resolutions No. 507, No. 508, and No. 1684 dated April 25, 2024, and December 9, 2014, respectively.

Regarding registration and licensing issues the Commission:
– approved appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the base prospectus for corporate bonds of Finansova Kompaniya Aktivitis LLC;
– approved the issue of shares of TEPLICHNY KOMBINAT PrJSC (without a public offering);
– registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF STRONG PLUS JSC and ZNVKIF WINDMARK JSC;
– registered the prospectus for the issue and the issuance of investment certificates of PNZIF OTP MAXIMUM of KUA OTP CAPITAL LLC;
– issued a license for professional activity in capital markets for the management of the institutional investors’ assets by KUA GLOBAL VIEW CAPITAL LLC.

Within its scope of supervision the Commission:
– approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets KUA AKTYVAMY ABILITY;
– established that KUA DIAMANT INVEST MANAGEMENT LLC does not meet the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023.
