Key Commission decisions dated 16 May 2025

As part of the Commission’s rule-making work, approval granted to amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 314 dated 23 April 2022 and the NSSMC Resolution No. 09/21/1418/K03 dated 14 November 2024.

A share issue for joint investment and the issue prospectuses for these shares of JSC ZNVKIF KHARTUM as well as JSC ZNVKIF SENSSTOUN registered.

A license for professional activity on capital markets — asset management for institutional investors of LLC KUA RENESSANS ESSET MENEDZHMENT revoked.

Approval granted to the draft articles of association and the registration of a share issue for initial authorized capital formation of JSC ZNVKIF TORSTEIN as well as JSC ARMION.

Approval granted to job appointments within professional market operators, in particular:
– a supervisory board member at LLC KUA OTP KAPITAL;
– the Chairman and members of the supervisory board of LLC KINTO, Ltd;
– the Director of LLC Spaikinvest.

Amendments made to the:
– NSSMC Resolution No. 1305 dated 30 December 2021;
– NSSMC Resolution No. 84 dated 25 February 2020.

The NSSMC Resolution No. 506 dated 10 September 2020 canceled.

Prohibition instituted on making changes to the depositary accounting system as well as on making and/or finalizing any legal transactions with securities of PrJSC UMVB.

A report on the results of an issue of registered interest-bearing ordinary unsecured corporate bonds of Series A (without a public offering) registered and the registration of an issue of bonds of Series A of LLC M MOTORS canceled.

The registration of an issue of bonds canceled and a certificate of registration for bond issuance of Series A of LLC TAS KOMFORT revoked.

Confirmed that LLC KUA SOLDIS complies with the criteria defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.
