Key NSSMC decisions dated 19 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– made changes to the Regulations on the procedure for issuing shares, registering and deregistering share issues;
– approved the Amendments to certain NSSMC regulatory legal acts on the procedure for submitting financial statements;
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Interests of Entities Submitting Reports and Other Documents during Martial Law or War” (reg. No. 13671 dated 21 August 2025);
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of the Procedure for Conducting Special Inspections” (reg. No. 13632 dated 15 August 2025).

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– informed investors about dubious investment projects “Mykhailo Rudkovsky’s Trading School,” “TFH/Topfin,” and “Trade Bino.”

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
– terminated the license for professional activities on capital markets of Komeks Tsinni Papery LLC;
– approved the Amendments to the Decision on the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series V of SHATO-INVEST LLC;
– registered the issue of shares of EVROPEYSKE TURISTYCHNE STRAKHUVANNYA PrJSC;
– registered the issue of shares of SK KRAINA JSC;
– registered the issue of shares and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF TIPAFREYA JSC, ZNVKIF ACTIVE GROWTH CAPITAL UKRAINE JSC, ZNVKIF AUROS FINANCE JSC and ZNVKIF INVEST PROSTIR JSC;
– approved draft statutes and the registration of share issues of ZNVKIF TIFON JSC, ZNVKIF KALION JSC and ZNVKIF GEFEST UA JSC.
