Key Commission decisions dated 20 May 2025

Approval granted to the job appointments of the:
– Acting Director of LLC KUA FORTIOR KAPITAL;
– Chief Accountant of LLC KUA POLTAVTRASBUD;
– Chief Accountant of LLC KUA PRAIM ESSETS MENEDZHMENT.

The job appointment of the Acting Director of LLC FK ZHYTLO-KAPITAL was rejected.

Approval granted to the intention of acquiring a significant interest by JSC ZNVKIF ASTREIA in the professional capital market operator LLC FK HARANT KAPITAL.

A share issuance for joint investment and the issue prospectus of these shares of JSC ZNVKIF LA P’ETS INVEST.

The Rules of Procedure of ZNVKIF INZHUR REIT of LLC INZHUR were registered and the details of its mutual investment fund were entered into the URCIS (Unified register of collective investment schemes).

Draft articles of association and the registration of share issues for the formation of the initial share capital of JSC ZNVKIF LEND PRO CAPITAL, JSC ZNVKIF LONTANO, and JSC ZNVKIF PRAYA have been approved.

Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution “On Amendments to the Regulations on Information Exchange between Entities of the National Critical Infrastructure Protection System” have been approved.

The draft Procedure for the protection and processing of personal data processed by the NSSMC has been approved.

The draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution “On connecting public electronic registers to the electronic interaction system of electronic resources and entering public electronic registers into the Register of Public Electronic Registers” has been approved.

The Procedure for the use of electronic signatures by capital market participants and professional participants of organized commodity markets has been approved.

Annexes to the prospectuses for corporate bonds Series J, B, G, and H of LLC NovaPay Credit have been approved.

A Resolution has been adopted on monitoring the activities of enterprises and institutions identified by the NSSMC as being of significant importance to a national economy sector.

The draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the Criteria for Determining Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations of Importance to a National Economy Sector, Namely Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets” has been approved.

Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 552 dated 11 July 2018 have been approved.
