Key NSSMC Resolutions as of 29 April 2025

– A pilot project was approved for the liquidation of the non-diversified closed-end venture mutual investment fund “ASTON”, established by LLC “AMC CAPITAL GROUP”, by transferring all its assets and liabilities to JSC “CIF GOLDFORT”.

– Draft charters and registration of share issues for the formation of initial authorised capital were approved for JSC “CIF VINTAGE” and JSC “CIF MEGA FIN CAPITAL”.

– Amendments were approved to the Bond Issuance Resolution for Series B bonds of LLC “KSG DNIPRO”(in the absence of a bond prospectus).

– The registration of named corporate bonds, Series A, was approved for LLC “SIROKO FINANCE” and LLC “FC LIBERTY FINANCE” (without a public offering).

– Supplements to the bond prospectuses for corporate bonds Series G, H, and B of LLC “NovaPay Credit” were approved.

– Amendments were approved to the Resolutions on the issuance of named, targeted, unsecured corporate bonds Series J, I, and K of LLC “INVEST-BUDRESURS” (in the absence of a bond prospectus).

– It was determined that LLC “AMC SOLDIS” does not meet the criteria for classification as a critically important enterprise (according to CMU Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023).

– The draft Law of Ukraine on the Ratification of the Declaration on the Conclusion of Negotiations on Domestic Regulation of Services and Improvements to the Schedule of Specific Commitments in the Area of Services of Ukraine was approved.
