The NSSMC informs market participants on the procedure for issuing shares

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) informs market participants that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the NSSMC’s Resolution on Invalidation of the Resolution of the NSSMC dated 10.02.22 No. 98 (dated 22.11.23 No. 1309) under No. 2141/41197 dated 08.12.2023.

The abovementioned Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its official publication in the «Official Bulletin of Ukraine», which will be announced by the NSSMC additionally.

After that, the NSSMC’s Resolution dated 22.11.23 No. 1308 on Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for the Issue of Shares, Registration and Cancellation of Registration of the Issue of Shares will be published, which will come into force on the date of its publication on the official website of the NSSMC.
