Commission reminds: discussion on updating the rules for REF certificates is underway

Next week, public discussion of the draft Regulations on the procedure for issuing and circulating real estate fund (REF) certificates, which update the rules for issuing and circulating such certificates, comes to an end.

Therefore, we would like to draw public attention to the fact that there is still time to submit suggestions and comments – they will be accepted until 28 October 2025 at the following email addresses: [email protected] or [email protected].

We remind you that the document provides for the improvement of the administrative procedures: issuers will submit and receive documents through their personal account in the CIS using an electronic signature and will be reporting in XBRL format.

Also, they will be required to fill out an issuer questionnaire to create a global certificate, which will increase the transparency of processes and help attract investment in real estate.
