The Commission supports the project “Financial Literacy for Defenders of Ukraine”

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission draws attention to the importance of financial literacy for every citizen, especially those who are currently defending our country. That is why the Commission supports the educational project “Financial Literacy for Defenders of Ukraine”.

The project will enable everyone to confidently navigate the financial world and make informed decisions.

Under martial law, mobilized and active military personnel, veterans, and their families need clear and practical knowledge in the field of finance. Understanding the principles of managing personal finances, using banking and non-banking services, and being aware of payment security and protection of the rights of a consumer of financial services are essential for their well-being and confidence in the future.

Work is currently underway to develop educational materials on financial literacy.

The Financial Literacy for Defenders of Ukraine project has been implemented on the initiative of the National Bank of Ukraine in close cooperation with relevant state agencies, veteran and military organizations, civil society, financial institutions, and educational institutions.
