methodology for the regulation of the activities of investment firms and operators of organised capital markets, depository and clearing activities;

licensing of the activities of investment firms and operators of organised capital markets, as depository and clearing activities;

acquisition of qualifying holdings in investment firms and operators of organised capital markets, depository and clearing institutions;

regulation of activities related to the organisation of trading in financial instruments;

depository and clearing activities;

conduct of algorithmic trading;

acquisition of the status and activities of qualified investors;

approval of candidates for the positions of heads of operators of organised commodity markets and the Head of the Central Securities Depository;

conduct of activities of related agents;

regulation and authorisation of the activities of trade repositories.
