Committee on Capital Markets Development Strategy and Economic Analysis

The Committee for Development Strategy and Economic Analysis of Capital Markets is responsible for the following issues:

strategic planning of the development of capital markets and organized commodity markets;

coordination and planning of the NSSMC’s legislative drafting and regulatory work;

monitoring and coordination of the implementation of the Association Agreement, as well as sectoral programs for the development of capital markets and organized commodity markets;

formulation and analysis of indicators characterizing the state of development of capital markets and organized commodity markets, as well as macroeconomic indicators of the financial market of Ukraine;

regulation of SRO activities;

taxation in capital markets and organized commodity markets;

coordination of research and educational programs, as well as training and certification of experts in capital markets and organized commodity markets;

state regulation of virtual asset turnover.
