NSSMC invites market participants to discuss the draft Procedure for the Use of Electronic Signatures

The NSSMC has developed a draft resolution on approving the Procedure for the Use of Electronic Signatures by Participants in Capital Markets and Organised Commodity Markets. The document has already been published on the NSSMC’s website for public discussion.

What does the draft envisage?
• defines the rules for the use of electronic signatures and electronic seals when creating, sending, processing and storing electronic documents,
• allows market participants to choose the type of electronic signature in accordance with the law,
• sets requirements for the use of qualified, advanced and simple electronic signatures, as well as electronic seals.
