New rules for REF certificates: Commission reminds you that discussions are underway

Public discussion continues on the draft Regulations on the procedure for issuing and circulating real estate fund (REF) certificates, which updates the rules for issuing and circulating these certificates.

The document introduces improvements to the administrative procedures: issuers will be submitting and receiving documents through their personal account in the CIS using an electronic signature, and will also be reporting in the single XBRL electronic format.

Additionally, issuers will be required to fill out a questionnaire to generate a global certificate, which will make the processes more transparent and help attract investment in real estate.

Discussions on the draft Regulations will continue until 28 October 2025. Proposals and comments are accepted at the following email addresses: [email protected] or [email protected].
