Freedom Finance Ukraine depositors are getting their funds back: the process continues

The Commission continues to work actively to ensure that clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC can get their assets back as quickly as possible. Depositories, banks, and other institutions are involved in the process and join efforts to speed up the payments.

As of the end of September, 1,055 individuals and legal entities received compensation: to do so, they submitted applications to the National Bank of Ukraine, the Central Securities Depository, the temporary manager of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, or Settlement Center for Servicing Contracts on Financial Markets PJSC.

The Commission stays in touch with the clients! Between August and mid-October, our specialists received and successfully processed 125 requests regarding data updates and legal succession. Five more requests submitted by individuals associated with the sanctioned person are currently under review.

Our staff also processed 146 calls and 57 emails, providing comprehensive answers and explanations regarding compensation.
