The process of returning Freedom Finance Ukraine assets: the active processing of depositors’ applications continues

The Commission continues to work on returning the frozen assets of clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, where all the parties involved—the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU), banks, and other institutions—are working to return the assets to the company’s clients as quickly as possible.

The mechanism is working: the NDU, together with depository institutions, has currently processed 62 applications from Freedom Finance Ukraine clients. The asset return process began on August 15, 2025. This became possible after the Central Depository received and verified the necessary data from the investment company. After completing all the procedures specified in the Procedure for asset return, the processing of applications from depository institutions began.
