Summary of the results of the public discussion of the NSSMC Anti-Corruption Program for 2025-2027

In accordance with the Procedure for conducting public consultations on the formulation and implementation of public policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 996 of 03 November 2010 (as amended), taking into account the provisions of the Methodology for managing corruption risks, approved by the Order of the National Agency for Corruption Prevention No. 830/21 dated 28 December 2021, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 17 February 2022 under No. 219/37555, on 01 May 2025, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (hereinafter – NSSMC) posted on its official website at: https://www.nssmc.gov.ua/about-us/zapobihannia-proiavam-koruptsii/# tab-2 a notice of a public discussion of the draft Anti-Corruption Program of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for 2025-2027 (hereinafter referred to as the Program).

The public announcement stated that the NSSMC would accept comments and suggestions for the purpose of evaluating and studying public opinion on the draft Program within 10 business days from the date of publication of the announcement.

We hereby inform you that no comments or suggestions were received from the public following the public discussion of the draft Program.
