Key NSSMC Resolutions dated 18.04.2025

The registration of share issues for the purpose of collective investment and the prospectuses for these share issues was approved for JSC “CIF A-F” and JSC “CIF PORTOFINO”.

The registration of investment certificates for the purpose of collective investment and the prospectus for these certificates was approved for NACIF “INVESTMENTS OF THE FUTURE” managed by LLC “AMC ENERGOBUDLIZING”.

Amendments to the share issue prospectus, the fund rules, the registration of share issues, and the replacement of the certificate of registration of share issues were registered for the corporate investment funds: JSC “CIF AFON”, JSC “CIF MAGNITAR”, and JSC “CIF SKY AVENUE”.

The draft charters and share issue registrations for the purpose of forming initial authorized capital were approved for: JSC “CIF SIMVEST”, JSC “CIF IMPULSE”, and JSC “CIF BAKLER”.

A state representative was appointed to participate in the electronic annual general meeting of shareholders of the National Depository of Ukraine.

Amendments were introduced to the NSSMC Resolutions dated 11.11.2014 No. 1532, and dated 06.11.2023 Nos. 1232 and 1233.

An internal auditor was appointed for LLC “Investudio”.

A request for approval of the intention to increase significant ownership in LLC “KINTO, Ltd” was denied due to the applicant’s business reputation not meeting the established requirements.

Compliance of LLC “AMC UNIVES” and LLC “FC INTERSVIT” with the criteria set by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27 January 2023 No. 76 was confirmed.

Approved the NSSMC’s plan to implement the Action Plan for the implementation of the European Commission’s recommendations presented in the Ukraine Progress Report.
