The Commission continues its systematic work to protect the rights of investors and combat fraud in the financial market. One of the most effective tools is an active dissemination of information about questionable investment projects.

Today this is extremely important, as the number of cases where citizens are offered “profitable investments” with the promise of high income is growing every day. Often, such offers are made by companies that do not have licenses or do not exist in the legal field at all. The Commission takes a comprehensive approach to compiling a list of such projects in order to warn investors of possible risks.

This time, the list of dubious investment projects was supplemented by the following 3 companies that have signs of potentially fraudulent schemes:

In what way should an investor act? Information on dubious investment projects can be found on the Commission’s official website in the Investor Protection section. If the project is not on the list but still seems suspicious, use the list of warning signs of dubiousness.
