Return of assets of Freedom Finance Ukraine: what the clients need to know

The NSSMC prepared a special step-by-step infographic to help clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC understand the procedure for returning the blocked assets and get answers to the most pressing questions.

The infographic contains:

• basic steps depending on the type of asset;
• what to do if you are unable to recover your assets after filing a claim;
• information for heirs, guardians (trustees), successors of legal entities, or those who have acquired the right to return assets by court decision.

Please note: to receive assets, you must have an account with a depositary institution or an investment firm and submit the relevant requests.
