Investments, European integration and market regulation: key issues of the NSSMC meeting

On 9 July, a regular meeting of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) took place, during which 47 agenda items were considered.

Among them were legislative initiatives, updates to the regulatory and legal framework, issues related to the activities of professional participants in the capital markets and organized commodity markets, as well as the development of the investment environment and the protection of investors’ rights.

Separate agenda items concerned the registration of securities issues, the activities of collective investment institutions, the approval of officials of professional market participants, and other areas of the NSSMC’s work.
