The NDU shareholders elected the Chairman of the Board

At the general meeting of shareholders of the National Depository of Ukraine PJSC (the NDU) it was decided to appoint Oleksii Yudin to the position of the NDU Chairman of the Board.

We hope that personnel changes in the NDU board will contribute to greater customer orientation, modernization and digitalization of the company activity, and we hope for effective and progressive development of post-trade capital markets infrastructure.

Based on the results of the rating voting, the NDU Supervisory Board selected Mr. Yudin as the winner of the competition for the position of the NDU Chairman of the Board among 5 finalists out of 14 candidates.
